- Annually, in conjunction with the General Director and Dept. Heads, comply all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the Company and to maintain all budget control procedures; prepare cash flow projections, review and sign off all departmental capital budget.

- Appraise on a regular basis system of internal controls and develop and implement further measures if necessary

- Appraise on a regular basis system of internal controls and develop and implement further measures if necessary

- In conjunction with the company’s auditors, constantly review the company’s tax position with a view to proposing methods by which the company can apply properly its tax liabilities and to submit for the approval of the General Director/ Management Board a tax plan

- Ensure all accounting records and financial statements comply with the standards set by the Company and in compliance with the regular Accounting System for Company.
