- Directly work with clients on day-to-day basic tasks, update and report
- Manage small to mid-level events and activations (budget from 300mil – 700mil)
- Deploy project details to relevant departments (design, purchasing, production, operation team…)
- Prepare event materials (from design, handout, POSM, production to logistics…)
- Take part in negotiating and cooperating with vendors/ suppliers - Experience work in back stage, manage talents (singers, MC, dancers…) - Develop details of event materials (MC & stage script, rehearsal timeline, …)
