Master Data Management Specialist - Hcm

- Manage product & data information integrity.

- Manage, maintain and improve information relating to products master and website catalogue

- Optimize data serving for displaying in sales channels (website, Application).

- Arrange and manage the product catalogue system on the website

- Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues and provide the best output for data improvement.

- Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems

- Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation

- System monitoring and user management related activities

- Perform mass updates as required

- Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance and perform regular business-related activities e.g. content and image updates, approval schemes if any

- Coach team colleagues on the why, how, what of having high-quality, accurate (master) data, which is an important and shared.

- Bachelor’s degree Majoring in Information System, Information Technology or related degree.

- Working experience at least 1-2 years for Data Analyst

- Good familiar with auto script (Autolt, PhP, Java) is a Plus

- Good familiar with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

- Strong proficiency with SQL, and business processes

- Proficiency in both VN and English in writing and speaking.
