POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
This job has responsible to assist QA Laboratory Supervisor in setting, validating analytical methods and equipment to be in-line with Nestle Instruction for new factory. To ensure accurate of analytical result and maintain GLP for laboratory during operation.
POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS:
Microbiological analysis:
- Responsible to prepare media for microbiological analysis & analyze microbiological of raw material, packaging material, semi-finished product, finished product samples and other services samples (complaint, food service...) as specification, monitoring plan or Nestle requirement.
- Responsible to take and analyze environment samples such as air test, water, canteen in the factory and CIP verification of daily and weekly care of process, filling and DE as sampling plan.
Physical/ Chemical analysis:
Responsible to analyze chemical/physical parameters of raw material, packaging material, semi-finished product, finished product samples and other services samples (complaint, food service...) as specification, monitoring plan or Nestle requirement.
Incubated samples analysis and evaluation:
- Responsibility for arranging, checking incubated samples as defined sampling plan and release scheme.
-Responsible to control temperature of Incubation room and Incubators.
- Responsible to retesting the Finish Products in abnormal case.
Sensory evaluation:
- Responsibility for conducting sensory tasting daily for raw materials, finished product and complaint samples.
- Responsible to prepare trend analysis report concerning with competitors, process and finished products and tasting results in soft-wares.
- Responsible to inform QA Supervisor the status of Standard samples and renewal.
- Responsible to retesting the Finish Products in abnormal case.
- Responsible to prepare samples and facilities for annual sensory training.
- Responsible to input result of panel performance testing in system
- Responsible to report panel performance testing as required.
- Responsible to refresh training for weak panelists.
Keeping quality analysis:
- Responsibility for preparing of shelf life testing (KQ) periodic sensory testing.
- Responsible to control temperature and humidity of KQ room, ensure sampling and tasting as plan
Analytical data analysis and report:
- Responsibility to complete testing report, record, documents related testing result.
- Responsibility to delivery and keying result to meet lead time release.
- Use statistic to evaluate accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of chemical/physical/ microbiology analysis.
- Prepare weekly, monthly & yearly report as request from QA Supervisor
Maintain GLP for laboratory:
- Responsibility to perform concerning ICP for laboratory as defined.
- Responsible to ensure good conditions of all laboratory tools and equipment.
- Responsibility for ensuring safety and 5S working area.
- Responsible to ensure good document control of laboratory.
Method management:
- Responsibility to support Supervisor to validate and verify the new testing method.
- Responsibility to support Supervisor to update and revise SOP as required.
- Check the accuracy/performance of rapid method instruments used.
- Perform ICP for rapid method instrument.
- Trouble shooting for rapid method issue.
14 salary months/year

- QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Education requirement: College/ University (chemical/micro/food technology).
+ English ability: fair level (reading and writing)
+ Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email
+ Experience related to position: from 1 year at the same position preferred
- KNOWLEDGE:
+ Basic knowledge in Food Safety (Food Safety courses)
+ Basic knowledge in Microbiology, Physical, Chemical
+ Competent in Analysis methods (chemical, physical…)
+ Competent in product processing
+ Basic knowledge in ISO 14000 and/or OHS 18001
+ Competent in NQMS, ISO 9001, FSSC22000 & audit
