1/ Supply chain job:

Manage and lead the supply chain excellence team

Oversee all procurement activities on the project, provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on procurements, and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.

Manage and responsible for all purchasing order request as well as Interface with vendors and forecast material integrity

Design the supply chain excellence program for the market in collaboration with the local stakeholders and Global / Regional.

Lead and Implement the supply chain transformation program as strategized.

Responsible to meet schedules to dedicate time on shop order, resolve capacity issues by prioritized scheduling and suggestions

Analyze changing material demand patterns

Manage all relationships with vendors and service providers and ensure compliance with the terms of their contracts or service agreements.

Managing lead time, cost, quality, risks, teams, governance and communication to enable successful delivery according to project objectives

Partnering with stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery on large, complex projects are met or managed appropriately

2/ Planning, customer service job:

Compliance to PMAS’s regulation and ISO requirements

Manage and lead the team

Assist the general manager/ site manager in revising and reviewing legal documentation, such as leases and purchase orders.

Coordinate with operations, engineering and quality to attain production goals

Manage of offer and track promised customer ship dates

Plan material to attain company metrics like turns and customer fill rate

Analyze forecasts on reasonableness and accuracy

Responsible for process customer order enquiries, schedule changes and cancellations

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face on assigned customer accounts

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints

Evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

Responsible for providing delivery information in timely manner

Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

Handle inquiries, comments and complaints

Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities

3/ Logistics job:

Lead warehouse and import-export team

Manage input-output in warehouse, database update, packing goods.

Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes

Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations

Search for possibilities to reduce taxes

Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports

Plan and support all logistics for monitoring activities, evaluation activities, and other project activities.

Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with relevant department etc.

Maintain and update the project’s calendar of activities

Draft Requests for Quotations/Proposals, coordinate proposal reviews

Work with Vietnamese government counterparts.

Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Engineering/Administration/Import-export/Supply Chain management, at least 3 years experiences in the equivalent position at manufacturing company.

Good English in both skills: written and spoken

Demonstrated experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and demand/customer management

Ability to navigate high paced, ambiguous, driven environments

Enjoys supporting and developing teams

Experiences in leading change initiatives or program management will be highly regarded
