Operations Manager | Quản Lý Điều Hành (Dệt May, 2500Usd, Jh6710)

Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Operation Manager in Quang Nam:

Monitoring all activities of the planning function, ensuring the plant's operating capacity

Analyze / solve all planning issues, make accurate production plans

Important path monitoring of each type is verified

Monitor and ensure the data collection process and ensure accurate data updates on the system

Coordinate and follow up with the relevant Departments on all matters related to the document

Supervise and manage all activities in the Production Department

Ensure issues related to production processes are effectively addressed

Monitor and control excessive material consumption in the Production Department.

Ensuring accurate planning serves production priorities.

Planning and organizing the operation of goods at the request of customers

Monitor the status of defective goods and garments, after the completion of the shipment.

Make sure all documents and reports are submitted on time

Closely monitor and motivate the team to achieve the KPI

Male/Female; Age: 30-45 years old

 Education: graduated university in manufacturing function & Industrial management 

 Experience: at least 3-5 years working in the same position

 Good English communication

 Time management skills

 Leader ship skill
