[Hà Nội] Supply Chain Improvement Engineer - $3000

Key personto liaise closely with suppliers, BU and R&D to ensure productionpredictability at the supplier

·        Assist inensuring capacity and output with good quality at the supplier

·        Assist in customercomplaint management through 8D management

·        Driveimplementation and validation of improvement/ corrective actions

·        Providerecommendations and risk assessments on new suppliers and new processtechnologies. Responsible for sustaining activities and process activities

·        Responsiblefor driving the continuous improvement plan

·        Collaboratewith the supplier to develop and implement the quality management plan usingindustry tools and standards to drive quality improvements and initiatives

 Bachelordegree or above, preferably in R&D, automation or industrial engineering

·        Minimum 5years of experience in electronics quality or engineering function

·        Good writtenand oral in English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

·        Goodsupplier management skills; ability to work directly with suppliers to fixproduct quality issue

·        Experiencein Lean and 6 Sigma is a plus

·        Skilled inroot-cause analysis and problem solving

·        Goodcomputer and presentation skills.

·        Experiencewith large-scale projects is a plus

·        Good workingenthusiasm and teamwork spirit
