Be in charge of finding and exploiting potential clients

Consult, introduce the projects information to the clients

Make a business plan towards target customers

Establish/ Maintain relationships with partners agencies/ suppliers

Assign tasks to the lower levels and evaluate their performance

Be active, creative in working and propose reasonable ideas, opinions to the Board of Director to impulse the development of the company business

Support other departments (support/ solve problems from customers,..)

Other tasks as required by Manager/Director

Salary: 10 – 15 million + Attractive bonus

Graduated from College/ University

Good knowledge of Real Estate market.

Having at least 3 experienced years in Real Estate field.

English communication is a must. Korean/ Chinese communication is a plus.

Having passion for sales activities

Good management, problem-solving, team-working, communication and negotiation skills
