Safety And Environment Manager - Brewery

Set up all procedures, regulations of security, fire, safety and environment for the brewery.

Identifies security objectives & priorities for the brewery

Approval/authorization of all security policies by Brewery Manager

Monitors performance & supervises the contracted security company on site

Get involved in investigation, treatment and reporting in case of industrial accidents in order to avoid the accidents and violation of safety regulations.

To control and audit security, safety protection & environment to ensure the Brewery is secure and safe.

Contribute to TPM by being a pillar leader of Safety & Environment pillar and an ISO 14000 – EMR

Manage the BAS system by controlling facilities and working environment to achieve safety, hygiene and smooth flow of operational activities including Pest control and assessment.

Manage STOP & Safety Pyramid system for the brewery

Manage safety of contractors, subcontractors to ensure all expansion projects & in-house projects in the brewery are executed in the right tracks of HSSE standards & procedures.

To plan & control budget of Brewery Services - Safety Environment Section (end result)

To implement/monitor/follow up Sectional TPM (5S)

To take over all local corporate affairs of the brewery

Monitors/enforces compliance of HSSE procedures & standards

University Degree in Engineering such as Mechanics/Electricity or labor safety department etc.

Knowledge of HSSE, Industrial safety.

Knowledge of TPM methodologies and tools is preferable.

5 years of working experience in safety, security and environment as well as ISO 14000 standards.

Possess effective leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Conversant in spoken and written English. Innovative initiative. Good presentation skills.

Good computer knowledge in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office and other related software.

Must be educated & trained in security management
