Project Director

Lead the engineering team in designing, building and optimising/ensuring quality of engineering for machine installation and factory improvement. Direct the operational execution of national installations, de-installations and upgrade projects for Cu chi and Bavi production sites by collaborating with all internal functions

Provide dynamic leadership in the planning and execution of engineering projects. Strong interpersonal intelligence must be shown in all aspects of project execution interactions with product management, executive management, and internal & inetrnal project team members.

Deliver strong project management skills, especially the management of project scope and milestone on time deliveries across multiple, concurrent projects. Communicate effectively on progress, risks, and action plans. Utilize project management best practices for monitoring and controlling project performance

Utilize excellent communication skills to build consensus and influence others across multiple internal organizations.

Proactively identify, communicate, and manage project risks and issues that threaten the success of projects to provide business unit & customer-focused solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Ensures the issue, the validation and the maintenance of the project equipment lists and or other key engineering documents as applicable to each project;

Establish and adhere to project plans and schedules. Supervises the issue of engineering deliverables and approves the key engineering documents;

Utilize positive people skills when providing work direction and status review for assigned project team members. Collaborate and seek commitments from internal resources required to achieve project objectives.

Lead the analysis to achieve the optimal ROI and margin enhancement stragegy associated with equipment deployment.

Manager other projects as necessary to support ongoing maintenance and engiering team

Drive improvement in asset utilization by focusing on eliminating waste, labor spend reduction, route efficiency, and parts/supplies spend.

Provides instructions to the engineering team through project engineering instructions and procedures

Assume other duties and repsonsibilites required or assigned by management.

1.Education 

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or related.

2.Experience

At least 10 years experiences in the food or beverage production industry and 5 years in the same position

3.Other requirement:

Fluent in English, Excel, MS. Office

Able to make frequent trips to other cities as required.

Strong in analytical skills and problem solving.

Good skills in project management, leadership
