Business Development Manager Cum Project Manager

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Overlook project from start to finish

Work with internal and external suppliers to deliver high quality products on client requirements

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

4-5 years of experience in Business development & Project Management

Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;

Strong networking preferred;

Profecient in creating business and sales proposals

Self-learning, able to pick things up fast, and extremely resourceful;

Proactive, energetic, fast pace, meticulous.

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Proven sales track record

Experience in customer support is a plus

Experience working with different supplier on different marketing fields (digital, events, video production)

Proficiency in MS Office 

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

 BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
