Enhance the effectiveness of existing training programs

Deliver training for the various levels of agency from agents to leaders and financial planning

Support Product Development in designing and delivering effective training activities for product launches

Support new product launch and sales

Support agency executives and agency leaders in developing new recruits to productive fast starts

Design and deliver effective training activities for new products

Manage the programs and services of the agency distribution channel

Ensure that learning needs and demand of agency force are effectively addressed and satisfied

Ensure professional delivery of sufficient training activities and classes

Design and deliver effective training activities for new products

Arrange special orientation classes for the experienced new recruits

Deliver courses for CPD, Insurance and other programs further developed by the training academy

Review and revise existing training courses and develop new programs

Develop subordinate to deliver training activities

Perform other duties as designated from time to time

Comply with Code of Conduct, Market Conduct Guideline and Standard Operating Procedures

Adhere to Code of Best Practices and follow proper and ethical sales processes
