Process Analyst

Mapping, analysing, developing and implementing the processes

Maintaining, performing and consulting the Change Management Process

Participate in company’s projects, processes creation and improvement

Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Project Management

Plan and implement projects

Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

Manage budget

Allocate project resources

Create schedule and project timeline

Track deliverables

Lead quality assurance

Monitor and report on project progress

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

Evaluate and assess result of project

We work 5 days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday with lunch and 12 days of Annual leave and 3 days Summer leave provided.

 At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Assurance, Process, preferably in banking or financial institution

University degree in Banking, Finance or relating areas

Strong communication skills 

Fluency in written and spoken English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio)

Knowledge of Business Process Management and Improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean), for example: business process design, business operating procedures, data process modelling…

Experiences in Project Management is plus
