How we describe a good-fit candidate:

5 years experience in life insurance (training or sales). At least 2 years experience in manager development (in life insurance industry) with good track records

Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills

Resilience and ability to persevere and complete initiatives even in the face of adversity

Discipline, organization and patience to manage competing priorities

Bachelor’s degree required

Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in -depth evaluation of variable factors.
