Premix/additives Sales Senior (Long An/ Tiền Giang)

Market: Collect and aggregate information on demands of targeted group of customers, competitive advantages of the company as compared to our competitors, and alternative products and services if applicable.
Performance of sales:
Quotation: Listen to customer requirements, gain a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and present WISIUM products and services appropriately. Negotiate the terms and agreement of a sale.
- Customer support: Provide after-sale support services, non exclusively: formulation, raw materials and finished products laboratory analysis, farm performance monitoring, technical advises on farm… all kind of services that are available at WISIUM / NEOVIA Vietnam and that can bring added value to customers.
- Customer payment: Follow up customer payment and remind them to pay
Customer portfolio:
- Maintain and develop the relationships with existing customers.
- Find new customers in laying hens market to develop the business further.
- Meet customers, give information about our group, especially WISIUM activities and establish long term business and relationship.

- Qualifications: Feed/Premix/Additives sales experience in Long an/Tieng Giang. Veterinarian or agriculture engineer, knowledgeable with poultry and swine production. Premix experience and layer production oriented is a plus.
- Computer: Microsoft office
- Sales or Technical of animal nutrition, health or hygiene products to laying/swine farms, distributors specialized in poultry/layers, with proven sales results.
- Sales and business development minded, technical knowledge in the field especially in nutrition. Hard working to reach targets, organization, efficient communication and positive thinking attitude, problems solving.
- Attitude: customer-oriented, positive, progressive, independent, and teamwork spirit
