Security Supervisor For Highlands Coffee Da Nang

- Following objectives from HOS assigned strictly and achieve all on time.

- Overall day to day operation and supervision of security staff at assigned outlets.

- Directing, evaluating and managing security staffs in an effective approach to achieve or exceed goals and objectives.

- Check and comments on record book on daily basic and present to HOS on weekly.

- Update and alert for new methods, technique, equipments that can improve security service at assigned outlets.

- Suggest solution and counter-measure to HOS as soon as possible to prevent assets lost or damage.

- Possess strong leadership skills and problem solving skills.

- Maintain high level of customers’ satisfaction and all security standards at outlets.

- Improve and maintain high level of clients’ satisfaction and all security standards at outlets.

- Building teamwork with staff in group with working high spirit and responsible.

- Bi weekly meeting attendance with security staffs, retail operation manager, store manager to find gaps in systems and improving security service at outlets to achieve better performance.

- Carry out other duties assigned by the Head of Security.

- Education/ Training Qualifications : 

+ High school/ upper

+ Professional security skills certificate or from army/ police. 

+ First-aid, fire-fighting

+ Martial-art skill.

- Experience: 3 years of experience or upper with similar position.

- Knowledge of: 

+ First-aid, fire-prevention, professional security.

+ Safety and security assessments.

- Skills (Ability to): 

+ First-aid, fire-prevention, professional security

+ MS work, excel and PowerPoint in computer, Leadership.

+ Flexibility and Solving problem skills

+ Honest, sincere, self –disciplined, co-operative, open - minded

+ Strong leadership and organization skills

- Working hours: Time shift and 8 hours/ day with 6 days/week.

- Other special requirements (if any): Travelling, relocation.
