Claims Manager

A Manager is responsible for supporting all projects of Claims department, ensuring all targets and requirements are completed; reporting to the Head of Claims.

Recruiting new staffs, arranging and coordinating with training department and claims teams to provide the regular trainings for Claims team;

Working with the IT department and other departments for testing and applying new techniques/ programs into claims processing;

Providing the updated information and requirements from the company, the HR department, the Operation department (COO and Head of Claims) to all claims adjudicators to ensures all staffs of Claims department are informed and performed following the right instructions;

Negotiating and building good relationships with other departments and partners

Supporting Head of Claims to fix all issues (mistakes and TAT) of Claims team

Supporting Head of Claims to write the guideline and manual for Claims department.

Supporting Head of Claims to approve the claims as authority

Reporting to partners and the Head of Claims (daily/ weekly/ monthly)

Graduated from University or College, major related to mathematics, data analysis, medical or others related

At least 3 years of experience in the sale role

Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and evaluate activities and results as they relate to goals and objectives

Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities

Ability to cultivate and maintain interpersonal relationships with a broad cross-section of diverse people

Oral and written communication, management, organization and interspersion skills

Knowledge of insurance industry operations, health care benefits, structures, policies and procedures
