Site Development Executive

Searching and recognizing potential site/land to Which site for which brand.

Supporting Market Analysis section for site development if required.

Together with the site/land owners and the Development Manager to contact related State Departments in obtaining investment license for new store opening.

Coordinating with lawyers appointed by RWI to negotiate with developers / landlords about development procedures, structures and content of contracts.

Following up the project process

Reporting to the Team Leader / Development Manager

Preparing weekly and monthly reports of the assigned projects or any arising projects to the Development Director

Doing other reports as requested by Development Manager, General Director, CEO.

Doing other assignments that may be requested by the Development Manager or the General Director (CEO)

Being ready to traveling overseas or and local cities and provinces for business

Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

At least 3 years in the similar position + retail market and F&B factors

Good knowledge in real estate market in Vietnam

Good knowledge on legal (Investment, land, real estate …)

Good relation with landlords, Agents, Development groups…

Good relation with Government (authorities)

Broad knowledge of the different aspects and phases of real estate

Solid management skills

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Solid team players

Multi-task, detail oriented
