Mô tả chi tiết công việc

Main Objectives

- The Digital Manager will support the Digital Head with tactical and long-term strategy and idea conceptualization, including expanding the team’s competencies and supporting on training for internal and external training and workshops for DVM staffs and clients

- The Digital Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day digital activities for DVM’s clients, including five main areas: Strategy, Planning, Booking, Reporting, and Analysis. These activities run across the entire field of Digital marketing and advertising including Online Display, Social, Online Video, Search Engine Marketing, Sponsorship, Gaming, Mobile Marketing (SMS, WAP, Application, Game), Interactive Marketing (Events/Activations, POSM), Integrated Marketing and new technologies

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategy

- Coordinate campaign brainstorming and planning with Digital Head from the big picture stage through execution and final analysis and reporting

- Support Digital Head in strategic digital planning in annual and large campaign strategy sessions

2. Planning

- Responsible for managing all media planning, booking and reporting digital activities for clients

- Responsible for online media planning activities: plans and costings, account queries and liaises with offline buyers -hands on negotiation and communication with suppliers is included

3. Buying

- Execute and oversee all Booking activities including booking and loading media following the approved digital media plan, providing hands-on support, instruction, and supervision as needed

- Support Digital Trading Team in direct and indirect negotiation with Publishers for discount rates, sponsorships, and special packages as needed

4. Reporting

- Overseeing trafficking digital creative into our 3rd party adserver ensuring accuracy, timeliness and record keeping

- Overseeing and directly preparing tracking and reporting for digital campaigns with Microsoft Excel and sending out to relevant parties

- Final review and approval of all digital Tracking and Reporting reports prior to sending out to relevant parties

5. Analysis

- Responsible for campaign performance review presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint for client meetings

- Analyse online Publishers for performance and pricing, analyse Vietnam Publishers and recommend new Publishers to engage with, coordinate Publisher engagement with Buying team

6. General

- Responsible for managing the weekly Work In Progress report and meetings

- Servicing clients to standards of excellence

- Meeting all deadlines as mutually agreed with Planners and Clients

- Help to explore new technologies and support the Digital Head in developing the capabilities of the agency’s digital capabilities

- Understands and practices confidentiality in all work issues

- Attends all relevant media training courses and actively participates

- Additional assignments as needed

- Handle Biddable Service Planning & Buying as Digital Head request

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Diploma/ Bachelor degree

2. ExperienceAt least 3-5 year experiences in digital marketing communications

3. Knowledge: Deep understanding of other digital media channels, especially paid social media and display

4. Techinical Skills

-   Solid experience across paid search, including campaign creation and optimisation

-   Passion for delivering high quality service

5. Soft skills

Excellent communication skills: you need to be liaising with internal teams to create integrated strategy, providing clear plans for your implementation teams and being a trusted partner of the client, who can explain your specialty in basic terminology
