I. SUMMARY:

As a Vice President of Product Management, you will report to CEO and manage a passionate Product Management (PM) team. You will be responsible for shaping our overall product vision, strategy and roadmap, working closely with the executive team to support the achievement of company business objectivesTogether with PM team, you will guide new product development through all stages of the product life cycle, from the identification of customer needs and product definition through development, launch, and sustainment. This is a highly cross-functional role and you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Business Operations teams.

II. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continue building and leading the best PM team, including hiring, coaching, developing, and inspiring in order to meet objectives and deliver results

Create project plans, business and technical requirements documents for product execution; Create user stories and scenarios

Foster a collaborative sense of team across functions; engineering, product, data science, design, and business working towards a common goal

Increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction by delivering a range of new products and product enhancements that will be well received in the marketplace

Articulate product vision, develop product strategy and roadmap based on market intelligence, customer feedback, differentiating capabilities and expand our addressable market

Understand and prioritize projects from various inputs in order to make the team working on the most impactful projects

Represent the voice of the marketplace in product discussions, drive level of spend on all product delivery functions relative to other company priorities; use product to aggressively drive growth

Develop business cases in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders for product evolution by understanding customer needs, competition, addressable market dynamics, key partners, technical feasibility in order to capitalize on our market opportunity and meet our business goals

Determines strategic product line decisions by evaluating competitor’s products, market share and market trends, and informs others by maintaining and distributing competitive comparisons and evaluations

Research and recommend strategic partnerships for product integration, delivery, and/or distribution

Establishes realistic time schedules with Engineering for completion of the various parts of the approved programs, then tracks and publishes schedules on a regular basis

Collaborate with sales to establish long-term sales forecasts for our products; Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality

Define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the business problem or created business value through these metrics, both before and after their release

Responsible for business case development/cost benefit analysis/ROI analysis to help in product prioritization efforts

Deliver insightful product recommendations to business leaders and the executive team in a persuasive and thoughtful manner

Oversee the launch of all products and develop processes/documentation to educate both internal and external clients/stakeholders on product features

Build strong professional relationships with other members of the senior management team and ensure operational excellence in implementing the product and engineering roadmaps

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

III. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Inspire a high performance team to continually come up with ways to create and improve the company’s products by balancing the stated needs of the user with what will be most impactful for the business

Research and develop the company’s business and product strategy to take advantage of market and business trends

Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Opreration team on timelines and scope of product priorities

Market research, knowledge of competive products in the market

Driving the development of marketing content and messaging

Establishing credibility with our audience, both business and technical

Oversee product releases to ensure effective alignment between product and go-to-market teams

Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop and deliver sales training, sales collateral, product collateral, and other product assets

Create product packaging and packing strategy based on customer, competition, partner, and market dynamics

Be a contributing member by providing input into our technical architecture and product design to transform customer and prospect needs into implementation plans

Gain a deep understanding of our prospects and customers, their strategic direction, pain points, desired integrations, and culture to develop a thoughtful and informed perspective of product and market opportunities, including competition and differentiation

Drive revisions and high-quality ending output with product management and design teams; question platform and engineering decisions where they impact user-facing functionality and current or future engineering scope

Work with the Executive level to define product KPIs and OKRs at the company level and for your team

Yêu cầu công việc

10+ years of experience in product management and/or digital product management

Passionate about coaching and growing PM team to be exceptional at the art and science of product management

Digital knowledge across OTT, ad networks, digital media platforms, content, social, video

Have significant growth-stage startup experience is an advance

Experience driving utilization of e-learning in a B2C or B2B environment

A creative thinker who can generate and execute on innovative product ideas

Having skill in providing analysis and estimation of the strategic and financial value of new products and features

Strong aggression, negotiation and problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset

Positive attitude, high commitment and friendly persona

Excellent inter-personal skills to work collaboratively internally with the teams at POPS and POPS external partners

Exceptional client-facing, people management skills and leadership skills
