Senior Ar Accountant

- Summarize and reconcile revenue data from different sources and departments
- Issue and send out the invoice, record into the system
- Post customer payments by recording cash, bank transactions and entering them into accounting system
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Prepare cash and check payments for the bank, manage bank accounts and work directly with the bank
- Reconcile daily deposit amount from shipper between collected cash and tool
- Reconcile monthly advance to shipper between paid amount and tool
- Assist with month-end financial statement closings
- To be in charge of tax report (VAT)
- Generate internal reports and support other tasks from line manager

- University degree or higher, major in Finance - Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or professional audit services.
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision- making skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
